Child Safety Policy

This policy of Spardha Pariksha Foundation applies to our website and to all three apps — MahaTest, MPSC PYQ App and MahaPolice Prep. It is published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.

1. Zero tolerance

Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAE) is absolutely prohibited across all our services. That includes:

• Any image, video or description of a minor that is sexual in nature
• Any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes (grooming)
• Exploitation or trafficking of a minor in any form
• Pointing to where such material can be found, or defending it

Where such material is found it is removed immediately, the account is closed permanently, and the matter is reported to the authorities as the law requires. There is no exception and no warning.

2. What our services are

Our services exist for competitive-examination preparation — study material, practice questions and exam information. Our users are overwhelmingly adults over 18, because almost every competitive examination has a minimum age of 18 or higher.

Even so, some students will be under 18 — particularly those who begin preparing early. That is why this policy exists.

3. Age requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Users under 18 should use the account with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• We do not knowingly collect data from a child under 13. If we learn we have, it is deleted at once.

4. How to report

If you see anything that concerns the safety of a minor, tell us immediately:

Reports of this kind get the highest priority. They do not wait in the ordinary queue.

5. Authorities in India

If you suspect a crime has been committed, report it directly as well as to us — they have powers of investigation that we do not:

• National Cyber Crime Portal — cybercrime.gov.in
  (it has a separate section for crimes against women and children, and allows anonymous reporting)
• Childline — 1098 (24 hours, free)
• National Commission for Protection of Child Rights — ncpcr.gov.in
• In an emergency — 112

6. What we do

• Everything published is reviewed by our team; nothing goes live automatically.
• Anything a user submits appears only after review.
• Uploaded files are inspected.
• On a report, the content is hidden pending review — removed first, examined after.
• We co-operate fully with any lawful request from the authorities.

This policy follows Google Play's Child Safety Standards. The same policy covers all three of our apps, and this page is the URL recorded in Play Console.
