Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium membership is a digital service available immediately on purchase, so the following terms apply.

1. When a refund is given

• Duplicate charge: full refund where the same membership was charged twice.
• Payment taken but membership not activated: full refund.
• Technical fault on our side preventing use, reported within 7 days: refund or an extension.

2. When it is not

• A change of mind after using the membership
• Not achieving an expected exam result
• After the membership period has ended
• Where the account was closed for breach of terms

3. How to request one

Write through the contact page with your transaction ID, the date and your registered mobile number, describing the problem.

4. Timelines

Review takes 2-3 working days, processing 2 working days after approval, and 5-7 working days for the bank credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

Membership can be stopped at any time, but no pro-rata refund is given for the remaining period; access continues until the term ends.
